Currently Econocom Gigigo uses the Twilio platform in Dentalia’s chatbot, which is connected to a voicebot, as well as automated WhatsApp messaging, this allows the user to generate appointments, reschedule them or carry out cancellations automatically through the different voice channels available:

Voice

channel that will be dedicated to receive phone calls and through the intelligent assistant the user can interact with the different actions that can be executed, and this assistant can redirect the call to a human agent that can answer the call.
