Llaollao, Spanish company founded in 2009, with international presence thanks to its more than 250 local located around the world, in countries like Spain, Italy, Japan, South Korea, China, Mexico, Chile and Uruguay.

Since its launch, Llaollao han been growing very fast: opening new stores each month, increasing turnover year by year, recurrent new franchises applications, and more customers everyday.

The challenges faced by the brand were on the one hand, meet their customers in order to provide a better service. On the other, becoming a 100% digital and mobile friendly brand.


Innovative solution, high impact

Llaollao selected Gigigo as its digital partner to accompany you in this adventure. Gigigo has participated in all the project stages: Strategy, UX & UI frontend / backend, infrastructure and maintenance.

Gigigo’s proposal has been based on two pillars:

  • Creation of a loyalty program to reward users which has been supported 100% in a mobile application.
  • Promotional System that seeks to increase the recurrence and average ticket, through creating customer promotions based on different rules: cumulative ticket, days of the week, consumed products …
